The best part of my career. Growing talent, mentoring, and coaching.
When I first started my career, I didn’t have the best mentors and often had to navigate challenges on my own. As I progressed, one of my main goals became clear: if I ever had the opportunity to lead, I wanted to make sure that my team members never felt as unsupported as I did in the past.
Over the course of leading three teams, I've had the privilege of watching new recruits, many right out of college or early in their careers, grow into confident, capable contributors. It’s incredibly rewarding to see them thrive and move on to even more rewarding roles. Knowing that I played a part in their personal and professional development is something I truly value, and I hope they continue to pay it forward with the teams they lead in the future.
